Morgan Stanley provides custody services for both funds. The funds do not use a prime broker because they do not use margin loans or generate high trading volume.

AUDITOR:

Ernst Loewenwarter, a mid-sized CPA firm in Mineola, N.Y., has audited the accounts of both funds since 1995.

ADMINISTRATOR:

Fidinam (Monte Carlo) SAM of Monaco has acted as administrator to the offshore fund and its predecessor since 1989. It is controlled by Fidinam Group Holding SA of Lugano (Switzerland).
